Stone Valley Memory Care is owned and operated by Revive Health Senior Care Management. Revive Health Senior Care Management is headquartered in Reno, Nevada and led by a husband (Zach) and wife (Chelsey) team. The Management Company has two primary lines of business: Skilled Nursing Care and Memory Care. The staff at Stone Valley Memory Care in Reno, Nevada are extremely compassionate and good-natured. The team is comprised of trained Caregivers, Medication Technician Aides, Housekeepers, Cooks, and more! We follow state guidance when it comes to staffing in a Memory Care community, which is 1 staff member for every 6 residents during awake hours.

Chelsey Gray, Chief Transformation Officer & Owner
Chelsey began her career in public service, working for the Mayor’s office in San Diego. She has an undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of California, San Diego and her Masters Degree in Public Policy from George Mason University. After graduate school, Chelsey took a job with a large Government Contracting Firm, focusing on large data sets and the way data impacted public policy decisions. Chelsey spent years working on solving complex problems for the government and private businesses. After many discussions with Zach, it became clear that many of the problems facing Skilled Nursing Facilities are not being handled in an analytical or sophisticated manner. She’s partnered with Zach to transform the industry. Chelsey is a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA).

Zachary Gray, Chief Executive Officer & Owner
Zach has practiced as a Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living Administrator in California, Illinois, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Nevada. In addition, he maintains his licenses in New York and Virginia. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to manage nursing homes at a 5 star rating. Zach has a Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Administration from Georgetown University, and a Masters of Public Health with a concentration in Policy and Management from Columbia University. Zach has spent his entire career in the healthcare vertical, placing the care of others as his #1 priority. He has received numerous career awards, and he has been published in nationally-recognized publications, merging his passion for education with his dedication to caring for the geriatric population.
