At Stone Valley Memory Care, transparency is at the heart of everything we do — especially when it comes to understanding the costs of your loved one's care.
We offer cozy and thoughtfully designed apartments in 211 and 300 square foot floor plans, giving you options to find the perfect fit. Monthly apartment pricing is outlined in the section below.
In addition to the monthly apartment cost, there is a monthly Level of Care fee, which is personalized to your loved one's unique needs. Our Memory Care Director will conduct a pre-admission screening to assess the type and level of assistance required for your loved one's Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). This ensures they receive exactly the right support from day one. Levels of Care are reviewed annually, or sooner if there is a notable change in your loved one's condition.
There is also a one-time Community Fee, which helps ensure a smooth, safe, and comfortable transition for your loved one as they settle into their new home.
